She has been working as an instructor since having been certified in 2007 by Jules Payne, and has been practicing yoga for over 12 years. angela brings an open and inclusive approach to yoga into her teaching.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Explore various aspects of yoga like deep asanas (postures), pranayana (breath work), supported postures and relaxation. Modifications or alternative poses are provided when needed. Have fun, breathe deeply, strengthen and tone, while learning how to relax and de-stress.
